To help us acheive this, its best for you to come in for a free 30 minute screening and consultation first. This will give us a chance to meet, discuss your goals, health & fitness history and any pathologies you may have (if you're currently seeing an Osteopath or Physiotherapist we will need your permission to contact them prior to commencing). From the screening we can then advise, where you need to start. It will give us a chance to observe how your body is moving which will help us design the right program for you.
Discounts are available for block bookings on 5 or 10 sessions. All sessions are 1 hour long.
