6 Weeks Beginners Reformer Course
This course is specifically designed for you if you've never done Pilates before or have previously done some Mat Pilates.
On the course you will learn the safety and set up of the Pilates Reformer, the basic exercises, and the principles of Pilates; during your first session we will go through a body screening assessment to see how your body is moving.
The course is restricted to no more than 6 people and once completed you can move on up to our other machine based classes.
