We have no more than 6 people in our Pilates classes and to join a class you need to either join a six week beginner course (click here for more information) or take three private sessions.
All participants will be screened at the beginning of their first session and we like to repeat this every six months to keep an eye on your progress.
We offer Reformer classes, Reformer with small props classes and circuit equipment classes. You can book into a class 7 days in advance.
