6 Week Beginners Reformer Course

6 week beginner Pilates course starting Monday 13th September 2010 at 7pm.

The course is designed for those who have never done Pilates before or those who have done some Mat Pilates before.

On the course you will learn the safety and set up of the Pilates Reformer, the basic exercises, the principles of Pilates and during your first session we will go through a body screening to see how your body is moving.

The course is restricted to no more than 6 people and once completed you gain access to the studio classes.
