Due to popular demand we will now be holding two “Men’s Only” Pilates Classes a week.
To join our “Men’s Only” Pilates Class you will need to contact us to book in for a free 45 minute screening and consultation. Once you have completed your free screening and consultation you can then join our men’s only class on:
- Mondays at 1pm
- Wednesdays at 7.15pm
No more than 6 people per class
Joseph Pilates invented his renowned technique in the early 1900’s and his original techniques are combined with a modern, functional approach to health and fitness. Working the body from inside out, the specially designed equipment will help facilitate the movement either by adding resistance (springs) or reducing the tension to challenge your workout.

All equipment is made out of Rock Maple and has been imported from Balanced Body in California.
We offer both private, semi private, group studio classes of no more then 6 people and Mat classes of no more than 10 people.
All sessions are one hour long. Private sessions are arranged to suit your schedule as much as possible and discounts are available when booked in blocks of five or ten.
