Men's Only ClassesOur Men only classes will run like studio classes (using all the different Pilates equipment). The class is good for those who are recovering from an injury or are training for an athletic event. The class is catered around your goals and needs.Our Men’s classes have no more than 6 people in a class, which keeps it small enough to adapt exercises accordingly to each individual ability and fitness level.
