To help us acheive this, its best for you to come in for a free 30-45 minute screening and consultation first. This will give us a chance to meet, discuss your goals, health & fitness history and any pathologies you may have (if you're currently seeing an Osteopath or Physiotherapist we will need your permission to contact them prior to commencing). It will also give us a chance to observe how your body is moving. From the screening we can then advise you, where you need to start and the plan of action. We supply a wide range of Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic & CoreAlign Instructors who vary from 10 years to 1 year experience Discounts are available for block bookings on 5 or 10 sessions.
