“Union” the meaning of Yoga, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. The union of mind, body and spirit with one’s own consciousness. Yoga combines mind, body, spirit movement to create a magical quality that gives you true fitness, inner-strength, clarity and calm.

We run private Yoga sessions to suit your needs. Our Yoga instructors have over 5 years experience in teaching and come from a wealth of mind body and spirit knowledge.

Yoga helps to develop:

  • Intensity developing strength & stamina

Private Yoga sessions are scheduled around you as much as possible.

Discounts are available for block bookings on 5 or 10 sessions.
