Orbit ClassesThe Orbit™ “The Power of Circular Movement”The orbit is a brand new tool for improving core strength, stability and balance. It moves beyond traditional Pilates exercises while challenging the body in multiple planes while creating whole body strength and flexibility. Our Orbit classes have no more than 5 people in a class, which keeps it small enough to adapt exercises accordingly to each individual ability and fitness level. Our style of teaching is from rehab, modern to classical Pilates. To join our Orbit classes you will need to either complete a 6 week beginner’s course or complete 3 private sessions. We have the following weekly Orbit Classes:
