Pre-Training course
This 6 day course is open to those who wish to start their journey in becoming a Gyrotonic® trainer (for details on Gyrotonic®).
It is highly recommended you attend some Gyrotonic® sessions first before enrolling on this course. You can take these sessions either with a pre-trainer, master trainer or a certified Gyrotonic® trainer.
Purpose:
To prepare the student physically for the foundation course and preparing them to become a certified Gyrotonic® trainer level 1
You will learn:
- The exercises listed on the pre-training exercise list
- Experience the hands on that you will be taught in your foundation course
- Understand the composition for a standard Gyrotonic® session
- Be able to compose a 60 minute Gyrotonic® session
- The homework sequence
- Individual modifications
- Experience the new and most current Gyrokinesis® class format (60 minutes)
Amount of days: 6 days 4 hours a day with a maximum of 2 students per Pulley Tower. Plus 2 x 60 minute Gyrokinesis® class

Cost: £850 plus £85 studio fee

Once you have completed the 6 day pre-trainer course you will be issued a qualification agreement. You will need this qualification agreement to be accepted onto the 12 day foundation course.
12 day Foundation course
This 12 day Foundation Course will be taught by a selected Gyrotonic® Master Trainer. This course is also open to those who need to take their Apprenticeship or 2 Year Update.
Amount of days: 12 days 6 hours a day with a maximum of 3 students per Pulley Tower.

Cost: 1500 Euros plus £200 studio fee

3 Day Level 1 Update
Open to Gyrotonic® Instructors who need to update their Gyrotonic® Level 1 and renew their licence.
Amount of days: 3 days / 4 hours a day with a maximum of 3 students per Pulley Tower.

Cost: 350 Euros plus £50 studio fee

3 day Level 2 Gyrotonic® Pre Training
This course can also be taken as a 2 Year Update.
Amount of days: 3 days 6 hours a day with a maximum of 3 students per Pulley Tower.

Cost: 350 Euros plus £50 studio fee

Pre-Training Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more before course start date.
- £150 fee if written notice of your cancellation is received by Tranquility Pilates Studio Ltd up to 7 days before course start date or £35 fee to transfer from one course to another.
- £150 plus €500 fee if written notice of your cancellation is received by Tranquility Pilates Studio Ltd less than 7 days before course start date or £35 fee to transfer from one course to another.
- No show on the day results in NO refund and the course charged in full.
- In the event of a course cancellation, Tranquility Pilates Studio Ltd is not responsible for any hotel/airline reservations or transportation.
- Tranquility Pilates Studio Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course, in which case the tuition fee will be refunded in full.
Level 1 Foundation Course, Apprenticeship Review & Level 2 Pre-Training Cancellation Policy:

- £200 plus €500 (Foundation Course) £100 plus 400 Euros (Apprenticeship Review) £25 plus 150 Euros (Level 2 Pre-training) fee if written notice of your cancellation is received by Tranquility Pilates Studio Ltd less than 7 days before course start date or £35 fee to transfer from one course to another.
