6th June 2010: We are looking for a Pilates & Gyrotonic Instructor to work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings. At least 2-3 years experience plus working with clients who have common pathologies.  Contact Nikki at the studio if your interested.

6th June 2010: Sophie continues with her battle with Cancer and will start Radiotherapy at the Beginning of July. The medicatioin she has been taking so far has been working really well and reduced the size of the tumours.

9th May 2010: Wishing Stella and her new husband Paul all the best. They have taken a year off for their honeymoon! Have fun and we look forward to seeing you when you get back.

25th April 2010: We are looking for a part-time studio administrator.  Ideally we would like someone who can come in 3 hours a day. This job has great aspects of becoming full time in the future.  Good personality and communication skills.

20th April 2010: Congratulations to Karen who walked the wall of china for charity.  This is a fantastic achievement, good for you!

9th March 2010: Its Tranquility’s 5th Birthday today. The time has just flown by, feel very proud to still be standing…..looks like we are here to stay.

Congratulations to Marianne and her husband on the birth of their 1st Daughter on Tue 2nd March.

The swans outside on the dock have started to build their nests.  Its great to be around so much nature in the middle of the City!!

31st May: Congratulations to David Canevaro and his wife for the birth of their baby girl Veronica on Friday 21st May.

18th April: Due to the Volcano Eruption, Pilates Mat and Small Balls workshop has been moved to Saturday 24th.

1st April: Pilates on Tour is coming to London. Fri 3rd – Sun 5th September 2010. We will be looking for volounteers for this fantastic Pilates Convention. Contact the studio for more information.

26th March: Went to the CYQ meeting on Wednesday. Talks about the new qualification “CYQ Level 3 Diploma in Pilates (QCF)” Any questions in regards to this new qualification, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

21st March: Today I taught our Introduction to teaching Pilates workshop. Feed back was great. All participants mention how valuable the workshop is before signing up for a course and spending thousands of £’s. Our next workshop will be Sunday 21st November 2010.

Have just completed my 3 day Gyrotonic and pretrainer update with Cori in New York. Some small changes with the exercises. It never seems to amaze me how Juliu can keep creating or should I say defining his work. Its amazing, thank you.

Its confirmed!!  Cori Doetzer and Erica Hassan will be over in September & October to teach Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis Level 1 foundation course.  Both Cori & Erica our Authorised Master Trainers!! – looking forward very much to having them here in the UK

Great start to the year for Pilates classes and private sessions. The mens classes have really picked up again and our weekly Mat class on a Thursday evening have started off really well. Good vibe and friendly people!
